4 Yogurt tablets
Berries Ingredients/Materials: • 1 cup raspberries • 1 cup blueberries • 1 cup strawberries • 2 cups Greek yogurt • Baking paper • Baking tray
Method: Blend the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Add two cups of Greek yogurt, mix a little and blend again. Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the yogurt, making an even rectangle. Decorate with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. Break into pieces using your hands.
Mango Ingredients/Materials: • 2 cups Greek yoghurt • 1 mango • 1 cup pineapple • 1 Kiwi • 1 cup shredded coconut • Baking paper • Baking tray
Method: Blend the mango and pineapple. Add two cups of Greek yogurt, mix a little and blend again. Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the yogurt, making an even rectangle. Put some mango, pineapple and kiwi in pieces on top, sprinkle with shredded coconut striped and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. Break into pieces using your hands.
