It tastes amazing and it's so easy to make! INGREDIENTS 3 medium potatoes
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup mozzarella, small cube
1 tbsp parsley
salt
pepper
1 tsp paprika flakes
8 slices of bread
2 eggs
 
METHOD Cook Potatoes
Boil the chicken breast and shred it with forks.
Stir all ingredients
Put the mixture on the bread, cover with the second bread slice.
Cut the sandwich  in half
Beat 2 eggs and dip sandwiches in the egg
Fry on all sides until golden brown
