100g carrots 150g cabbage 100g baby spinach 2 potatoes 100g cheese, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp mushroom seasoning 2 tablespoons flour 3 eggs 3 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD
Grate the carrots and chop the cabbage
Stew vegetables in oil in a pan, add salt and mushroom seasoning.
Drain excess liquid through a sieve and put cooked vegetables in a bowl.
Add flour, eggs, potato, cheese and mix.
Grease the frying pan and add the vegetable mixture
Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
