Ingredients/Materials:




● Empty wet-wipe dispenser
● Lots of plastic bags
● Decorative paper




Method:




● Take an empty plastic wet-wipe dispenser.
● Cover it with decorative paper and secure with tape.
● Fold a plastic bag in half, and start to roll it up, leaving the bag handles free at the top. Before you get to the end of the bag, place a second bag (with the bag handles first) and start to roll them both together. Repeat this step until you have rolled a lot of bags together.
● Place the roll of bags inside the dispenser and push the bag handles through the lid.
