INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 yolk
250g flour
50g sugar
70g vegetable oil
6 baking powder
 
1 egg white
130g powder sugar
lemon extract
 
jam q.b.
 
METHOD
1.In a medium bowl mix 1 egg, 1 yolk and sugar.2. Add flour and baking powder.
3. Press the dough into a round tart pan
4. Add jam.5. Mix the white egg and powdered sugar.6. Pour over tart and add jam.7. Bake at 160° for 35 minutes.
